Being in the IAES camp in 2018 really helped me to cement my love in engineering and more specifically mechatronics engineering. Being in year 10 at the time it gave me the opportunity to explore all aspects in engineering but also the more specific side of mechatronics. I enjoyed being able to meet and make friends with everyone at the camp and I remember getting close with all of them. It was amazing to participate in all the activities and work together in teams to achieve the goal. I also got amazing opportunities like being able to go to Admiralty House and being able to meet Bob Hawke. Overall, this camp was amazing and would recommend it to anyone in year 10, 11 and 12 that are considering doing engineering.
